Return Policy

Thank you so much for your business! We hope you are pleased with your purchase, but before you try it on, please take a moment to read the following information. If you need help with sizing, please see our sizing chart for assistance. Sizing varies between different manufacturers, so it is not uncommon to wear DD/E from one manufacturer and a D or DDD from another - and so on.
Our Return Policy
We have a fifteen day (15 day) return policy on our lingerie - which means we must be notified and receive your returned item within 15 days of the invoice date.
If you are dissatisfied with the products you have ordered (example: product does not fit), we will exchange the purchased products for a different size or style or issue you a credit to be used toward your next purchase.
If an exchange or store credit is not available, we will issue you a refund for the items you purchased (shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.)
Please return the item(s) to us in new condition - unopened, unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags attached so that it is received in our office within 15 days of the invoice date. Sorry, no exceptions!
Damaged Merchandise: Please contact our customer service department for damaged returns. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent.
Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to K and K Retail City, Inc. marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only (shipping & handling charges are non-refundable).
We recommend you insure any items being returned and keep the receipt just to be sure it gets to us in the condition you sent it. Please note: some items are non-refundable and/or cannot be returned...these items are noted as such. Note: By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable once opened and removed from its original packaging due to the fact it may have been worn or tried on in some form and/or fashion. Sorry, no exceptions!

Important: If you are keeping the item, please read and follow the cleaning instructions on the garment's tag. Once the tag is removed or an item is washed, you may not return it. Improper washing and or drying (for example machine washing garments that should be hand washed only) may seriously damage your new clothing.
